  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed — delays can happen, especially during holidays.
  • We cannot pass delivery instructions (gate codes, "leave on porch," etc.) to carriers.

Address errors & missing packages - Act Quickly

Address wrong? Contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order.
  • If the package has already left our facility, contact USPS at usps.com to intercept it. We will not re-ship orders due to a customer-entered incorrect address.
  • Package marked "delivered" but missing? Wait 24–48 hours, then contact us. You must reach out within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
  • If USPS confirms delivery and the package is gone, it may be stolen. File a report with the U.S. Postal Inspector or local police — required for any insurance claims.
  • RESTART CBD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Disposables & vape carts — exchange only
Within 3 days · Original packaging required
  • Eligible: unused/unopened, battery won't hold charge, clogged and unfixable, no vapor inhaled, missing part, or significant leak.
  • Not eligible: disliked taste, uncharged battery, or any reason without original packaging.
Oils, edibles & topicals — returns accepted
Within 30 days · Unopened & sealed
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with an unbroken seal.
  • Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial refund may apply if opened, damaged, or missing parts.
  • No refunds on sale or promotional items.
